won 4 of 4

Been playing live poker and won 2 tournaments and placed in 2 tournament
1st, 1st, 7th and 8th for about £1200
had to fork out £250 for car, £200 for decs nursery and then rest going towards
bb4 in april and more tournaments

the weird thing about poker is ive not changed my game, just luck seems to be going my
way more now, its not bad form, just more luckier :)

off this weekend to play down south in a poker team event at the western, love the place
dec i'm taking to his dads for a weekend so they can have fun

36 in 3 hours time EEEEK

Well its my birthday in 3 hours and oh fuckety fuck never mind another year towards 40 lol

Went to casino yesterday and came 8th after ak twice getting beaten by shit ace then queens cracked by ak all to same old woman grrr

but then went onto 3 card poker and hit 33-1 4's with a fiver on, so pretty impressed

was supposed to be down south this weekend but my car still hasn't been completely fixed yet, still awaiting 2 parts for it, its had 2 parts fitted and 2 were on back order for the power steering pipe which goes to the reservoir or something like that

been asked if i want to play a poker team event on stpatricks day, so hoping eugene will have dec for the weekend so i can kick all the other teams arses :)

had 10 days off

Well not been blogging as had weekend in brighton with my mate paul, and won the poker on friday night 10 rebuy and got 660 but we did a 4 way deal and i got the rest
the saturday was 20 rebuy but no go, so got absolutely wrecked instead
sunday on brighton pier won 2 cuddly teddys for dec and got some rock
monday went to reading to lindz, met up with loz and watched hot fuzz at cinema, great film
tuesday back up north and stayed with my bloke until sunday and dec came back today


work tomorrow , dec is in nursery tomorrow too xx

Court case is adjourned for 4 weeks because my opponent didn't send in correct documentation in november, then his letter to court was delayed and the judge decided that he needed to hear his side of story so 4 weeks time i'll bebackin oxford

Answer to anonymous poster of can I play in Apat events is Yes because i'm no longer a pro player as I have a part time job.

Advertising for the worksop area is just a nightmare, they are not open minded enough to go for it, and even yellow pages didn't hit their target for the area, that says it all, and considering I worked for yellow pages means even I cannot work miracles, so from Wednesday i'm working part time for my poker buddy Mark for the firm he works for as Accounts and Liason Officer

Have to say i'm still getting bad beats but on Monday it was £20 freezeout and I chopped it so a result

Yesterday went for £20 rebuy and 5 rebuys later and still badbeat central

Im coming around to thinking that the luck element is actually about 70% and 30% skill

Got my court case on Monday, taking my ex business partner "Wobble" to court for non payment of profits to business. What really pisses me off is the fact that he paid off the other business partner and then on the phone to me says take me to court, so on principle I am!!

Weds start at new job,then a nice romantic valentines meal, Thursday at new job, then Friday dropping Dec off at his grandmas in london then heading off for a drinking and poker weekend in Brighton with my mate Paul

So fingers crossed the judge sees the full evidence of how i've been shafted , although the letter I have from the other business partner should paint a fuller rosier picture. .... ;) Not sure I need the gaming board to be present ..... or do I ;)
